Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the button before you start: 2 credits for an AI voice clip of up to 300 characters, 7 credits for up to 1,000 characters, and 2 credits for an AI voice or singing review. Browser voice tests and voice changers never use credits.

Yes. The vocal range, voice type, pitch, Hz and ear tests and the voice changers run in your browser. They're free, unlimited and need no account. You only need an account and credits for the AI voice generator and AI reviews.

AI voices are priced by the length of the audio. Chinese, Japanese and Korean text takes much longer to read aloud than the same number of Latin letters, so each of those characters counts as 3 toward the 1,000-character limit. Sound tags such as <laughs> add pauses and effects, so each one counts as 20.

If an AI task fails on our side, the credits for that attempt go back to your balance automatically. You're never charged for audio you didn't get.

No. Subscription credits last until the end of the billing period they come with: monthly plans get fresh credits each month, and yearly plans get the whole year's credits up front to use any time that year. Credit packs are valid for 365 days from purchase.

Yearly costs at least 20% less than paying monthly and gives you up to 2.8× the monthly credits, all up front. Monthly suits a short project like a holiday greeting, and a credit pack suits a one-off with no subscription at all.

Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, you can keep using its credits until then, and you won't be charged again.

Yes. With a subscription or a credit pack you can use the audio you generate in personal and commercial projects, as long as you follow our Terms. Audio made with free trial credits is for personal, non-commercial use only. Our character voices are styles, not real people or brands.

If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the charge — first payments, renewals and credit packs alike. Used credits aren't refundable. Email our support team with your account email and order details.

Credits per generation follow our AI provider's prices. If those change, the credits an action costs may change too. We'll update this page first, and credits you've already bought stay in your balance.
